How we work

Five simple steps. No surprises.

The same calm process for a one-page site or a small app: talk, agree it in writing, build in the open, hand it over properly.

    Discovery call

    A relaxed video call about what you need, who it's for and what a good result looks like. No jargon, no pressure.

  2. 02

    Written quote and scope

    A fixed price wherever possible, and a plain-English scope so we both know exactly what's being built and what isn't.

  3. 03

    Design and build

    Regular previews you can click through on your own phone, so feedback happens early and nothing surprises you at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch and handover

    We go live together, with search basics in place from day one: technical SEO, page titles and your Google Business Profile. You get a short guide to running things, and every login, file and account stays in your name.

  5. 05

    Ongoing care, if you want it

    Stay on a care plan for updates, ongoing SEO and performance tracking, or take the keys and run it yourself. Either way, it's yours.

    Letter Explorers

    A literacy game for ages 4 and up. Kids travel an adventure map of eight islands, from Letter Land to Sentence Shore, with a friendly guide called Pip, earning stars as they go. Grown-ups get their own area.
